If the project is funded
Holders are snapshotted at the campaign deadline. One token, one ticket. The draw is seeded by drand, a public randomness beacon, and anyone can re-run it. One winner per product. Winners prove their wallet with a signature; their address is stored encrypted.
If it fails
Kickstarter only charges pledges for funded projects, so the money stays whole. Holders get seven days to vote on the next live project, signed with the wallet, free. One token, one vote, quorum at 10% of supply. No quorum and the money goes back to holders, pro rata.
Nobody can move them. pump.fun's own fee sharing sends 100% of the coin's creator fees to our public pledge wallet, and the authority is revoked. Claims are automatic. 5% is ours, the rest pays the Kickstarter pledge. Every claim is a public transaction, listed on the coin page.
A 0.02 SOL launch fee, paid by whoever launches the coin, and 5% of each fee claim. The other 95% goes to the pledge.
Not unless they say so. Anyone can launch a coin for a campaign. The creator receives an ordinary Kickstarter pledge.
No. It is not a share, a pre-order or a promise of delivery. Coins are volatile and can go to zero.
